With great pleasure one of New Tripolis Firefighter graduates the 2014 Firefighter 1 Fire Academy. Firefighter Bruce Dalrymple started the in January and graduated on June 25. Bruce is now HazMat Ops, First Aid, CRP and Firefighter 1.

Firefighters from New Tripoli competed in the first annual firefighter competition at the Night In the country event on 8/17/13. Firefighters competed in several timed events. Congratulations to the Lynnport fire department on winning first place in this years competition!

On 7/14/13 Firefighters from New Tripoli attended a foam training class. The class was lead by Jeff Johnson and was held at the New Tripoli fire company. Firefighters learned about new advancements in foam technology, and application techniques.

On 2/23/13 personnel from New Tripoli, and Germansville fire companies participated in an "Academy On The Road" Responding to Ethanol emergencies class through the PA state fire academy. The class was held at the Germansville fire company and was 8 hours in length.
